Francesco Di Nardo is Staff Scientist at Movement Analysis Lab, Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, Italy. His main research activity includes the areas of biomedical signal processing (filtering, feature extraction, pattern recognition, time-frequency analysis, application of neural networks to bio-signals) and interpretation (physiology, clinics, sport). Particular involvement is in acquisition and processing of surface electromyography (EMG) signal to assess the muscular function during gait task.
